Does the TIFF to PNG converter keep transparency?

When PNG supports an alpha channel (PNG, WebP, GIF) and the original TIFF had transparency, we keep it. Converting to a format without transparency (JPG, BMP) fills transparent areas with white by default.
Can I batch-convert TIFF images to PNG?

Will the converted PNG have the same dimensions as my TIFF?

Why is my converted PNG file larger than the original TIFF?

If PNG is lossless and TIFF was lossy (or vice versa), file size will change. PNG (lossless) is typically larger than JPG (lossy) for photographs but smaller for solid-color graphics and screenshots.
