Does the converter handle DRM-protected EPUB files?

No. PDF.to cannot remove DRM and will refuse protected EPUB files. You must remove DRM legally (e.g. through the original retailer) before conversion.
Does the FB2 keep my reading position from the EPUB?

No — last-read-position is reader-specific and stored by your device. The FB2 file itself is just the book; sync your reading position via your reader's cloud.
Can I batch-convert multiple EPUB files to FB2?

Are my EPUB ebook files private?
