Does the JFIF to PDF converter preserve image quality?

Images are embedded into the PDF at their native resolution. We do not re-compress the JFIF pixels, so what you see in the source is what ends up in the PDF.

How big can my JFIF files be?

Free accounts have a per-job size limit that varies by file type; PRO accounts allow much larger jobs. Most JPG and PNG inputs are well under those limits even for hundreds of pages.
Will the resulting PDF be password-protected?

Not by default — PDFs come unencrypted. You can add a password (or remove one) using the PDF protect / unlock tool after conversion.
Is the JFIF to PDF conversion free?
