VOB to WMV Conversion FAQ
How big can my VOB file be?
+
Free accounts have a size limit that varies by file type; PRO accounts allow much larger files. For very large VOB files we recommend the PRO plan or pre-trimming with our video-trim tool.
Is the VOB to WMV converter free?
+
Yes. One conversion an hour is free, with no account needed, for a file within the free size limit. A paid plan removes the hourly limit and the size limit, and lets you add several files to one job.
How long does a VOB to WMV conversion take?
+
It depends on the size and length of the file. Small documents and images are usually ready quickly. Long videos take the longest, because most video conversions re-encode every frame.
Do you keep my VOB video?
+
Only for a short time. Your uploaded VOB and the resulting WMV are deleted from our servers automatically about 24 hours after the conversion, which leaves time to download the result. Nobody reads the contents, and nothing is shared.
