How many frames will I get from the DivX?

Each frame is decoded from the DivX (lossless) and re-encoded as JPG. If JPG is lossless (PNG), no quality is lost. If JPG is JPG, we use high quality (90) by default.

Yes — file names are zero-padded sequence numbers (JPG_00001.JPG, JPG_00002.JPG, ...) so they sort correctly. The options panel can also embed the source timecode in EXIF.
