MOV đến GIF Câu hỏi thường gặp về chuyển đổi
How do I extract images from a MOV video as GIF?
+
Upload your MOV video. PDF.to pulls frames out at the rate you pick and gives you a ZIP of GIF stills.
How many frames will I get from the MOV?
+
By default, one frame per second of MOV runtime. The options panel lets you pick every frame, one per 5 seconds, only key-frames, or a custom interval.
What resolution will the extracted GIF images have?
+
Source resolution. A 1080p MOV produces 1920×1080 GIF stills; a 4K source produces 3840×2160 stills. Downscale in the options panel if needed.
Tôi có thể trích xuất một khung ảnh tại một thời điểm cụ thể không?
+
Yes. Use the timestamp picker on the upload preview to scrub to the exact moment, then click 'extract this frame as GIF'.
Có phải việc lấy ra khung ảnh có mất gì không?
+
Each frame is decoded from the MOV (lossless) and re-encoded as GIF. If GIF is lossless (PNG), no quality is lost. If GIF is JPG, we use high quality (90) by default.
Will the GIF stills be timestamped or numbered?
+
Yes — file names are zero-padded sequence numbers (GIF_00001.GIF, GIF_00002.GIF, ...) so they sort correctly. The options panel can also embed the source timecode in EXIF.
Can I make a contact-sheet or thumbnail grid from the MOV?
+
Yes — pick the 'contact sheet' option to get a single GIF containing a grid of thumbnails, useful for storyboarding or video previews.
How large can my MOV video be?
+
The free plan has a size limit that varies by file type; PRO allows much larger files. Frame extraction is fast even for long videos.
Is the MOV to GIF extraction free?
+
Yes, within the free size limit. PRO unlocks larger files, higher extraction rates, and parallel processing.
Does PDF.to keep my MOV or extracted GIF files?
+
No. Both the source MOV and the GIF output ZIP are deleted within an hour. Conversion runs in an isolated worker.
Can I extract images only from a section of the MOV?
+
Yes. Use the trim controls to set start and end times, and only the selected range produces GIF frames.
What if my MOV has variable frame rate?
+
We normalize to a constant frame rate internally before extraction, so the GIF stills are spaced evenly in time regardless of how the source was encoded.
